They literally lied to me after I'd purchased 5 cars from them and told me the price I was promised I could buy the car at upon completion of the lease was a "cash only" price and because I needed to financ them and told me the price I was promised I could buy the car at upon completion of the lease was a "cash only" price and because I needed to finance that Honda "required" them to sell it to me for $7000 more! Was super upside down and just bought from a different Honda dealership who told me that was all just lies to scam me. Don't go here. More

Pasquale de Rosa is the most rude sales person I’ve ever encountered. He was incredibly rude through text message and when I called him he cussed me out and asked “are you familiar with this sound?” And hun encountered. We discussed my trade (based on what I'd been offered on Carvana, Carmax, and other online portals) and he got me exactly the price I asked for. Most impressively, nothing about pricing or trade value changed when I got to the dealership - everything went exactly as discussed over the phone. I was in and out of the dealership in under an hour. More

Told who ever I was talking to (they didn’t give me a name) that I didn’t want them and to please remove them from the quote. I was than told “ Sorry, we're not able to do that. Thanks for your interest!”. Glad I found out how this stealership operates before I wasted anymore of my time. I realize new cars are in short supply but I will not be ripped off just because things are in short supply. More
Great experience buying my car. Getting service has been awful. I called repeatedly in July to get service on my air conditioner. Always went to voicemail and no one called me back. Meanwhile they keep trying to get me to sell my car back to them. I finally contacted a different Honda dealership to get service on my car. They answered both times I called. More
