Finance services sucks!!! Bought a car here last Saturday. The test drive and price negotiation was normal. The salesperson helping me was Pat De Rossa. When the sale was agreed upon, were taken to Finance dept to close on the car. Had to wait close to 2 hrs before was called into the Finance Manager Office and that was only because I was ready to leave. Then when I came back with the check on Mon, had to wait another 30 mins before someone was able to take the check. Then, two days later I was called back to sign the check which they forgot to ask me to when I was there two days earlier. Their finance services sucks. Buy your car elsewhere!!! More

I purchased a vehicle because I fell in love with it and they charged fees that were never disclosed to me that were not applicable to my situation. The finance man tried to negotiate a rate for the loan by lowering it if we purchase the protection plan. We came to find that that is actually illegal and has been practice there for quite some time. Our sales person was less than interested to help us out with any problems. And we had three bad tires that went flat two days after purchasing it. They had fix a flat in them from someone trying to patch the holes in the tread was very low. There was also no wheellock with the car so I had to pay to get new locks place and they told me they would pay for it. Eight weeks later I am still going around trying to get my $40 refunded but they keep saying that since Rosen was "bought out "they are no longer liable to help me with any issue. The entire staff has been absolutely awful. I work in a customer service field and I've never seen service this bad. I would call and confirm the time I'm supposed to hear back from him and then a week later I have to call and leave messages and still never get a phone call back. Do not waste your time here it has been the worst experience of my life and I have purchased five vehicles through my life so far.
