He listened and was able to find me My salesman was Nick Reed who made my first experience with Honda one of the best that I've had with a dealership. He listened and was able to find me a car that accommodated to my needs. He was patience during the process which helped make me feel comfortable during the buying process and overall made the process smooth and fast. He made sure I was comfortable in the car before signing paperwork and allowed me to sit in the car a few times so I could feel confident I was making the right choice. He went through all the features in the car and explained them thoroughly and clear. He was very personable and you can tell he's very knowledgeable about Honda. He even followed up a day later to ask how I was doing with the car and If there was anything else he could do. More

Dave is a straight shooter Dave always treats us with respect and regard. We always do our research before shopping and Dave has never tried to buffalo us into anything which is Dave always treats us with respect and regard. Outstanding people I have just bought my 4th vehicle in July from Mueller Honda with Dave Krochmal being my salesman on all of them. It has been a pleasure doing business with him and the the whole Gurnee staff. My vehicles are serviced here and the service department is outstanding too, they always do the right thing. I tried to do business at another dealership but it's not worth the aggravation especially since you you don't save any money. I always recommend this dealership to anybody in the market for a car. They even helped my wife set up all the IT stuff in the van we bought. Scott was patient as he set up my wife's phone to sync with the van and how to uses all the gadgets it came with and answer her never ending questions. Very satisfied always. This is where you always save a fist full of money. Dave really works hard to satisfy your needs, questions and makes you comfortable in purchasing that vehicle. More

The service staff kept my vehicle indoors until repairs and claims adjuster appraisals could be completed. This was very helpful, since the outdoor temperatures at the time were below freezing. I was given a new loaner vehicle, and did not pay one penny for this added convenience. They completed the repair in one week. Currently, the service staffing levels are not very good. Walk-in service is no longer available, and service appointments have to be made a week or more in advance. However, I still feel their staff is very friendly and helpful. More
