Muller works with the Costco car buyer program. I felt I was treated fairly. Do not pay for the coatings. My salesperson, Sumret, was straight forward and helpful. I recently purchased a new Honda Pilot from Muller Honda of Gurnee. While they did not have exactly what I wanted on their lot Gracie did locate and bring in a match for the vehicle I wanted and emailed to of Gurnee. While they did not have exactly what I wanted on their lot Gracie did locate and bring in a match for the vehicle I wanted and emailed to let me know of it’s arrival. Gracie was quiet and efficient. She did not push me into a car or deal. When I went to pick up vehicle Edna was patient with me and listened to my needs as she programmed my desires into car’s technology (and offered her phone number and future support if/when needed). Josh wrapped up my new purchase. While presenting additional warranties available for purchase he did so without trying to push additional expenses. I dread car dealerships and this team was professional and patient with me and not pushy. I recommend this Muller team. More

We got to a place where we were ready to make the transaction rather quickly. The day I went to pick up the vehicle I also had a good experience with Ryan, the finance manager. While it’s part of his role to inform in all the extra warranty options, he was more educational and less pressure sale. I thought that was very professional and I think others reading this review will agree. The transaction was efficient and cordial. I appreciated both aspects. The people at muller Honda of Gurnee were great. No pressure and very informative. Gracie, our sales person, was responsive and remember all of my requests when I came to pick up the car. This dealership is good except that Honda themselves had to force them to give us a manual and warranty information. I have repeatedly tried to contact someone because there is almost a 2000 charge on my c to force them to give us a manual and warranty information. I told them that I dont want it and to refund it. I think it is illegal to force this on someone and not refund it when they ask. It has been 9 months, no refund and no information on this at all. They literally lied to me after I'd purchased 5 cars from them and told me the price I was promised I could buy the car at upon completion of the lease was a "cash only" price and because I needed to financ them and told me the price I was promised I could buy the car at upon completion of the lease was a "cash only" price and because I needed to finance that Honda "required" them to sell it to me for $7000 more! Was super upside down and just bought from a different Honda dealership who told me that was all just lies to scam me. Don't go here. More
