Automotive care peace of mind Reviewed my maintenance records prior to taking car to dealer for oil change. Service writer pointed out air filter was two years old and rear differ Reviewed my maintenance records prior to taking car to dealer for oil change. Service writer pointed out air filter was two years old and rear differential service was due as was flushing coolant system. I had missed these and agreed they should be done. Last couple oil changes they alerted me to tires nearing end of life. I had those changed prior to this visit and they commented on the new tires. I appreciate them payin attention to my car’s maintenance needs. More

I was lied to I was told that specifically my car should take 45mins or less but ended up having to ask them for my car back after 55mins had gone by and still they I was told that specifically my car should take 45mins or less but ended up having to ask them for my car back after 55mins had gone by and still they had to rush it out. I asked where they were gonna bring my car out, front of building or in garage, the guy said in garage only to wait and another guy come back with car leaving it in the front. They lied about multiple things and never considered my time. I have never been so disappointed from this service before. I may not come back, to spend $350 and not even sure if they truly did do the work or not is what really concerns me. More
