Fair Prices, Quick Service I have always been able to get an appointment when I needed one. With or without the online coupons, getting my oil changed at Muller Honda of Gurnee I have always been able to get an appointment when I needed one. With or without the online coupons, getting my oil changed at Muller Honda of Gurnee is less expensive than going to an oil-change place, like Jiffy-Lube. I choose to wait, since it’s a comfortable waiting area, an I’m usually pretty surprised at how fast the work gets done. The staff are friendly, efficient and helpful. More

After the car what checked, the service fella (Chris W.) came out and told me that during the check, a few things could be replaced, i.e. spark plugs and transmission fluid -- all I could see were addition $$$$ signs in my head. I knew about the spark plugs -- they were the original set. I am also a firm believer in keeping all fluids as clean as possible, and I knew that it had been awhile since I had my transmission fluid changed, I asked Chris what he could do for me since I was not expecting the additional charges, and Chris W. did not hesitate in helping me out with discounts. His help and professional manner helped me feel better about my repairs and the extra $$$s I spent. Long Live my Civic. Deb Morrissey More

Fast and efficient. Dealership is friendly and work is completed in a timely manor. We had two cars scheduled for service that day. One was set for 9:30 AM the other for Dealership is friendly and work is completed in a timely manor. We had two cars scheduled for service that day. One was set for 9:30 AM the other for 1:30 PM. But they accommodated us and we dropped one vehicle off and waited for it to be finished and just left the second vehicle their for the later service. But dealership completed the work an hour later. Also even if you forget to use coupons they look to see if one is available for oil changes. They don’t overcharge or pressure you to have additional service. They let you know next visit you should consider; which is appreciated; so you can properly budget for additional services. More
A little frustated Overall, I have been very pleased with my service at Muller - Gurnee. I have never been at a place that does the oil change/tire rotation faster. My only frustration was when they replaced the cabin air filter they did not reinstall an arm on the glove compartment. The result was when I opened it once it got home it would not close. Ugh! So I called the service center and they said to bring it back. No problem...right? What a pain! So I drove back and the service manager got someone to quickly fix it. So that was it. I was about to drive out and thought, this was their mistake and they could have at least offered to give me a free oil change. So I went to the service desk and said the same and he reluctantly agreed. This customer service decision did not seem like a high bar. Maybe the front desk is put on a "short leash" to make those kinds of decisions. What would seem like "common sense" isn't necessarily so common. More

The Service Department has always been excellent in doing just what is needed, at a reasonable cost. Particularly, I have dealt with Chris Harrison, who is my regular service advisor. Chris has always taken the time to tell me what items are important to have serviced. And, he gives a reasonable timeline for future service concerns. He goes over and above for me. More
