Stopped into Mueller Honda to see what they had in used Civic's. Have purchased two other cars from Mueller GMC over the years. Harry Kim, Joseph Lee, and our primary salesperson Marcus Bennett were a pleasure to work with, and the selection and purchase process were as straightforward as could be. We are especially pleased that Marcus made the effort (without being asked) to identify a vehicle in transit that had the color we preferred, even though he knew we were prepared to buy a vehicle of another color on the spot. We like our daughter's new CR-V so much my wife is looking forward to trading in her Lexus RX-350 when it's time to down-size a little. Pleasant leasing experience. Some negotiations were involved (which can always created a little tension), but the salesman and manager did a good job of keeping this as low key as possible. Overall, I'd highly recommend Muller Honda to this point. We did our homework on price before we came in and were able to negotiate an excellent price. The car we wanted was not in stock, but they searched to find us what we wanted and delivered it in a few days.
