Our local dealer in Indiana didn't have the right color, but had what we thought was a good price (for a nearly two year old (2013) new vehicle). After being put off by the local dealer's sales tactics, I found a listing for the exact vehicle we were looking for (color and trim) being listed by Muller on AutoTrader.com. I submitted a request for additional information and a price quote and received a response from Tony Vasa. The price I was quoted for a 2014 Crosstour was nearly 1,800 dollars less than the 2013 Crosstour from my local dealer. I followed up the quote with a visit to the dealership (130 mile drive one way) and met with Tony and Tim Scrogham. Both were very welcoming and made me feel appreciated. After taking a test drive and deciding it was what we wanted, I was given the price for the vehicle and all of the associated fees. The original quote was honored and beyond the normal documentation fees and sales taxes, there were no other costs or hidden fees. There was no pressure to buy and after a few minutes of thought, we agreed on the purchase. Delivery took place 5 days later and again we were met with a warm welcome and felt appreciated. I would recommend purchasing from Muller and would do it again in the future. More
