Had a tire fixed on last visit and still had same slow leak in it when I returned for this visit. Asked for it to be looked at and fixed. Was told they couldn't find anything, I said I had paid for it t leak in it when I returned for this visit. Asked for it to be looked at and fixed. Was told they couldn't find anything, I said I had paid for it to be fixed last time and still not fixed. So I paid for noting and was offered nothing in return for failure of work done. Car needs a transmission fluid flush and change. Price was much higher than I can get it done elsewhere. It will be done elsewhere. Had my engine oil and filter change - again price was much higher than elsewhere. Basically $100. Wow!!!! If I didn't have a recall that needed to be addressed I wouldn't have brought my car there. This took nearly 2 hours - I think most of the time was spent on developing a list of service recommendation to bring my bill up to $1000. Over priced work and questionable reasons for it. Very doubtful that I'll be back. More

Buying the vehicle at this store was a pleasant experience. When i had to service it, that’s another story. We live about 30 mins east of lafayette indiana, so merriville is quite the drive. I had experience. When i had to service it, that’s another story. We live about 30 mins east of lafayette indiana, so merriville is quite the drive. I had 3 concerns to be addressed on the vehicle. First, The passenger rear door wouldn’t open from the outside. They tried to tell me that I had the child safety on, then I argued and said there’s no way, and that has nothing to do with the door opening from the outside. The advisor said he checked again and said the technician had to make a door cable adjustment. The door still doesn’t open from the outside. Nothin was done besides the fact I was lied to. It’s a pretty easy concern to replicate. Go to the rear passenger door and try to open it. It doesn’t open! Still doesn’t. Second concern I had with the stereo getting static, sometimes the screen would go black, and on the way home I had the same issues, they said they replaced the fakra connectors, but seeing how they couldn’t handle the door issue, i question the connectors were replaced since I’m having the same issue. I also had a concern for the speaker rattling on the back deck below the rear window. It’s pretty easy to get it to act up, but as you may have guessed, they couldn’t replicate it. So basically I just wasted a 3-4 hour round trip and gas money, because not one concern was addressed. Id even give the speaker rattle a pass , if the rear door world open. Iv been a mechanic since 1999 and it’s such a slap in the face when stuff like this happens. It makes me understand why people hate mechanics and say they always rip people off or don’t fix the issue. My wife took off half the day so she could pick up the car, and she didn’t want to drive the loaner back home and waste more time for something that should have been fixed. It’s the door lock actuator that’s bad for the door, the alarm also will go off sometimes too out of nowhere, causing a scene. All they had to do was go into scan tool data for content theft alarm triggers and it lists all the things that made the alarm go off in previous instances, but that’s asking a lot, since obviously going to the passenger rear door and trying to open it was too much of a task to handle. I’m making an appointment with acura of Indianapolis to have the things addressed that muller acura didn’t address, and I’m going to have them check and see if the fakra connectors were actually even replaced. Extremely disappointed and will not be doing any more business of any kind at muller acura. Thanks for wasting my time, you definitely lost a customer as well. If 0 was a rating that’s what you’d get. More
The service team at Muller did an excellent job. Came in for a routine oil change which went great but as I was pulling out my radio stopped working and a "no audio connection" message appeared. Pu Came in for a routine oil change which went great but as I was pulling out my radio stopped working and a "no audio connection" message appeared. Pulled back into the service department, they assessed the issue and scheduled a follow-up for the next day to correct the issue. this was very helpful since I was scheduled to make a drive to Florida at the end of the week. They fixed the issue and now I will not have to make the drive in silence. They did a fantastic job. More
