Had a tire fixed on last visit and still had same slow leak in it when I returned for this visit. Asked for it to be looked at and fixed. Was told they couldn't find anything, I said I had paid for it t leak in it when I returned for this visit. Asked for it to be looked at and fixed. Was told they couldn't find anything, I said I had paid for it to be fixed last time and still not fixed. So I paid for noting and was offered nothing in return for failure of work done. Car needs a transmission fluid flush and change. Price was much higher than I can get it done elsewhere. It will be done elsewhere. Had my engine oil and filter change - again price was much higher than elsewhere. Basically $100. Wow!!!! If I didn't have a recall that needed to be addressed I wouldn't have brought my car there. This took nearly 2 hours - I think most of the time was spent on developing a list of service recommendation to bring my bill up to $1000. Over priced work and questionable reasons for it. Very doubtful that I'll be back. More

Positive: did not add or require dealer accessories. Service department helpful. Negative: sales management did not make us feel welcome or appreciated. Disrespectful attitude towards customers and other sales staff. Wanted us to come back in to discuss final price when they had no intention of negotiating. Would only hold vehicle for 24 hrs even though deposit had been provided. First Honda of America new vehicle purchase but unfortunately my least satisfying car purschasing experience. More
