The team at Muller accurate is extremely courteous, friendly, and professional. They follow through on every job and do it correctly the first time snd in the timeframe quoted. I love that my car is professionally cared for and returned to me clean inside out! Along with having them service our Acura, they maintain our 2008 Honda Accord. SERVICE VISIT

It took almost 3 hours while I waited for an oil change, air filter change, and tire rotation. 4 people came after me and left before me. They were there for oil change as well. No one communicated with me air filter change, and tire rotation. 4 people came after me and left before me. They were there for oil change as well. No one communicated with me that there was such a delay or problem. I finally asked about my car and it was miraculously ready. No apology, or acknowledgement that I had been sitting there almost 3 hours! This is not the first time but will be the last. I will no longer be getting my oil changes or Maintence done at this dealership. Actually this is my second Acura, and will be my last Acura due to this dealerships inadequacy. More
