It took almost 3 hours while I waited for an oil change, air filter change, and tire rotation. 4 people came after me and left before me. They were there for oil change as well. No one communicated with me air filter change, and tire rotation. 4 people came after me and left before me. They were there for oil change as well. No one communicated with me that there was such a delay or problem. I finally asked about my car and it was miraculously ready. No apology, or acknowledgement that I had been sitting there almost 3 hours! This is not the first time but will be the last. I will no longer be getting my oil changes or Maintence done at this dealership. Actually this is my second Acura, and will be my last Acura due to this dealerships inadequacy. More

Cannot ignore M Merrillville Service dept. Mike Powell and Master tech Sean, are those who take care of my fleet (two MDXs), for last 7 to 8 years. Cannot ignore Michael Chronorela as main parts guy! Long relationship, honesty, customer care, professionalism, knowledge... are just few small ticket items which brings me back to this place to service my vehicles. No hidden fees, no returns for faulty repairs... Their service kept me attached to Acura brand. Brand's customer care and service support it does matter! More
Always good service and the staff is friendly and helpful. Never a bad experience when bringing the car in for service.
