I went in for preventative maintenance today for the first and last time. I was shocked at the price tag. When the service person called to tell me that they needed to replace the spark plugs, he failed first and last time. I was shocked at the price tag. When the service person called to tell me that they needed to replace the spark plugs, he failed to mention the $650 up charge that would entail. I took a perfectly healthy car in, and walked out with a $1150 bill for nothing but an oil change, tire rotation, spark plugs, and air filter. I absolutely would not recommend anyone going here for service. More
I put down a ‘non-refundable’ security deposit onto a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 4xe that was in transit to Mullahey Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I asked the salesman if we could try and sign the paper before th Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 4xe that was in transit to Mullahey Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I asked the salesman if we could try and sign the paper before the end of October before California’s Clean Fuel Reward deadline of $1,500 tax incentives goes down to $750 on 11.2.2021. They said that the vehicle will before the end of the month and it won’t be an issue. I called my salesman on 10/29 to see where it was at, he said it is being delayed and they do not know when it will arrive; which is all fine by me and I said that I still wait for the vehicle. But over the weekend, I saw that the dealership removed the website listing of the 4xe, and it was marked as sold. I thought that they probably did this because there were too many people contacting the dealership acquiring about the 4xe. I waited another week to see if the dealership would call me saying that they received it; they never did! Eventually, I saw that the specific 4xe build was taken down on Jeep's website from the search inventory section completely. So I checked the CarFax and I saw records were showing that it was sold the day before I contacted the dealership last on 10.29. So I called my salesman to ask where the vehicle is located in transit, he said he will call me back right back. I waited an hour, no response. I tried contacting the dealership's General Manager about this matter situation, but he was unacquainted about the situation and told me he will get someone else to look into this. Then two hours later, a different salesman called me and told me that the 4xe I put a security deposit down was super delayed and has no ETA. Their solution was that either I get my security deposit back or I should put in my own custom order of a 4xe and they said that the new order will arrive way sooner than my previous dealer order 4xe. When I asked them if they sold it yet, they are saying no, absolutely not. So I ended up calling Jeep’s customer service, and they said that they will get a specialist to look into this further. A week goes by, a Jeep’s customer service representative calls me saying that the dealership did in fact sold the vehicle to some business before the end of the month. This dealership does not care about making wrong into a right by taking a discount off of a customer built 4xe. Mullahey does not hold up to their end of the agreement, lies to their customers, and denies about them ever selling the vehicle until Jeep had to step in! I do not advise ever going to Mullahey to purchase any vehicle from them. More

Caused $8000 in damage to my 2 year old truck Hands down worse service I have had in my life these people are criminals. Had my recalled water pump go out on vacation in December. Found out from M Hands down worse service I have had in my life these people are criminals. Had my recalled water pump go out on vacation in December. Found out from Mopar that it was recalled 2 days ago. Was told by Mopar to take my truck to Mullahey. Made an appointment for January second to fix the hubs on my truck I wrecked when I lost control from my water pump and belt breaking. When I got there I was told that no one wrote my appointment down so I had to come back on the 5th. When I asked if it would do more damage to my truck drinking it home and back they said if the ABS light is not on and I am not experiencing and steering problems I will be fine. On the 5th while driving down 47 my front axle broke. This repair capstone $7,600 for a 2016 truck I paid $68,000 for, all because Mopar didn't tell me about a recall and Mullahey decided to over book thief appointments. The repair was supposed to take 10 days took 18. I had my oil changed before I left on vacation, and checked it when the water pump went out. It was full when I dropped it off to Mullahey and had never been low in the 2 years I've owned it. When I picked it up it was completely drained of oil. Luckily my dad did not trust Tom and had me check. When I went in and told my service rep Tom he said wow your truck is burning oil. IT BURNED 2 QUARTS in 17 days of sitting in their lot. I took my truck immediately to jiffy lube and no leaks were found but they wanted to know how I went threw so much oil in so few miles, and asked if I drained it. This place is full of crocks and cowards that will slime you out of any penny they can. Then they will drain your oils so you break down on your way home and are forced by Mopar to go back for repairs. Mopar told me to sue them because of their negligence. Make sure you check for tampering if you use thief service and call multiple times before going to an appointment, as they don't care that you are driving 50 miles to see them if you didn't buy your rig from them they will turn you away. After loosing control on the freeway twice in two weeks I wouldn't buy a postage stamp from these crooks. More

Great site to compare and search multiple dealerships at once. The site did not show what dealership had the car, only that it was in Pado Robles with a phone number because if it had, I would have driven over myself to see the vehicle. I dial the number and it was someone who said he was an internet manager. He stated he was on his way in to work and he would call within 20 minutes. Waited all day and he never called back. Mind you I called about 9:30 AM so he literally had all day. Later in the evening, when My family was having dinner, I get not a call but a text saying he was too busy to get back with me but forwarded some phone pics. Wait... you had time to take photos but not spend 2 minutes returning a sales call? All I wanted was the dealership info so I could go see the car for myself. Needless to say I did not go to see the car as the dealers representitive showed arrogance and zero interest in doing his job. Everyone has 2 minutes to give a minimum pretense of customer service, he just didn't care. I would never give my hard earned money to such an unmotivated poor excuse of a salesman. A few minutes later I received another text from the same number saying don't make dinner tonight because he would be cooking that night, Followed by another text saying whoops wrong number. That's the only thing he got right! More
