This is my 2nd purchase from Mtn. View 153. In the beginning everyone was helpful as long as I made a purchase. I haven’t had the vehicle for 2 weeks, now having issues. I went back t View 153. In the beginning everyone was helpful as long as I made a purchase. I haven’t had the vehicle for 2 weeks, now having issues. I went back to the office and spoke with sales manager- Ethan, who stated that it’s possible I would have to pay for repairs on a vehicle that was supposed to be good and ready to drive in good condition off the lot. I requested to swap for another vehicle- they were not helpful on this- stating they were low on inventory. No one wants to keep a vehicle that is having issues and after putting $3,000 down payment. I’m totally not satisfied and will be filing another complaint. I would think twice about purchasing from them. Everything is good until they get your money. Then all the “Good” customer service goes out the window along with your money. More
