Everyone was kind, friendly and helpful and they cover every bit of paperwork that is necessary to fill out for purchasing a car very clearly so that you understand what you are signing. every bit of paperwork that is necessary to fill out for purchasing a car very clearly so that you understand what you are signing. All I wanted was a reliable vehicle I wouldn't have to worry about for a bit... and I guess that's too much to ask for. I tested and then purchased a Buick in March of this year(2023) and not even 24 h worry about for a bit... and I guess that's too much to ask for. I tested and then purchased a Buick in March of this year(2023) and not even 24 hours later the check engine light came on and the ac stopped working. This is after the sales person assured me it had been through a multi-point inspection (That I highly doubt happened now) and flashed the carfax report to back them up. I voiced my complaints to my sales person the next day who got me in touch with the service department and their manager. They were nice and wanted to make things right since my experience went sour immediately after purchase. I appreciate the effort, but wished I didn't have to go through all of this in the first place. The company covered the rental and the multiple fixes that the warranty wouldn't cover. This lasted over 3 weeks. From what I was told, most of that time was spent with the vehicle sitting and waiting on the warranty to see what it would cover. The fixes included a hole in the exhaust, a turbocharger, and an oil leak that took out the air compressor. My warranty covered one fix while the company covered the others. Again, I appreciate they did this, but honestly it was the least they could do to make this right. They sold me a faulty product that they assured was checked out and deamed worthy of sale... It was not. Once it's all said and done, I check my bank account a few days later and the rental company surprise charged me over $400. Initially, instead of paying for the whole rental time, like they said they would, they only paid for two weeks worth. Nobody said any of this to me, I had to call and get this information along with the new invoice that reflected it. They did end up giving me a reimbursement for this surprise charge claiming this has never happened with them before... Just my luck I guess. I also had to buy the vehicle a new key fob because the one and only key they gave with the vehicle was a spare and it would beep at me like I was a thief every time I went to unlock it. I asked if there was a trick to get it open without the beeping and they flat out told me "No, you need a fob" and pointed me towards the Buick dealership down the road. So that was another $300. To top it all off, the ac still isn't working... I don't know what to do anymore, and I really don't want to bring it back for you to "fix" it again and risk finding even more wrong with it. I'm tired. I'm tired of being let down over and over, and I'm tired of talking to them as I'm sure they're tired of me too... Buying a car is stressful enough, but I've never been so stressed and frustrated with a purchase of this scale until now. The immediate disappointed, the regret, and the continued disappointment in my Buick and this company just leaves me bitter that I let this happen. I have no faith in your practices anymore if you can claim on your website that your "inventory has been hand-picked, carefully inspected and lovingly detailed so you can shop with confidence knowing that you’re getting the best of the best" then sell me something that starts falling apart immediately...
