They overprice there vehicles for the value. I bought a 23 Nissan kicks and the value has dropped 10,000 dollars. My wife bought a sentra and it has dropped 8,000 dollars in 6 months. If you by a Nissan be prepared to be stuck with it for years to come. Nissan do not hold there value even with the Nissan dealerships. Mountain View will screw you any way they can and won't even care about you as a returning customer. We have bought 6 new ones from them in the past but no more. More

While researching a midsized truck purchase with several dealerships I was informed my down payment would need to be larger than normal and I would probably need to purchase an older vehicle. The salesman Derek seemed knowledgeable, lived in my same town, and seemed to understand my situation. After 2 weeks of research I relented and finally gave permission for one hard inquiry for the purchase of a new truck. Derek promised to bring me the truck the next day. I once again explained, ( as I had several times throughout the conversation) that I was only researching and because of my fair credit I wasn't sure it was even possible. The next day I was hit with not one, but 6 hard inquiries on my credit. When I called to complain I was treated to a story about the salespersons mother's unauthorized hard inquiries and how to fix them. Outraged I explained they were not given permission and this was their mistake to correct. Less than two hours later there were two more hard inquiries on my credit. A short internet search later and it was obvious they do this quite often and have no issues with the lack of morality involved in trying to force a sale. Several people reported unauthorized credit inquiries from this company and confirmed their unapologetic responses to these predatory practices. More

This place sold us a car for a cash sale off the lot. On April 12, my wife and I were traveling from Atlanta to St Louis when our 2017 Nissan Armada broke down on I-75 25 miles north of ATL. We called the Nissan Emergency Road Service number and they arranged f St Louis when our 2017 Nissan Armada broke down on I-75 25 miles north of ATL. We called the Nissan Emergency Road Service number and they arranged for us to be towed to the nearest Nissan dealership which turned out to be Mtn View Nissan of Dalton. Upon arrival at the dealership we were treated great! Our Service Advisor was Janet Sancho quickly arranged for our vehicle to be analyzed to determine the issue. While this was being done, they had an employee drive us into downtown Dalton for lunch and the came back to pick us up. What a great service for folks stranded without a car. Upon return to the dealership Janet informed us of the issue and that the replacement part was not in stock but would be delivered early the next morning with installation completed asap. We were provided a 1-day new rental car to use for our unexpected night stay in Dalton. The next morning we arrived at the dealership and Janet informed us that the repairs to our Armada were finished and the vehicle washed; 90 minutes prior to the expected completion time. The teamwork by the dealership to have our vehicle inspected and repaired as soon as possible and get us back on the work was awesome. Although we would expect never to be back in this area for vehicle issues we want to highly recommend Mtn View Nissan to anyone who may need their services!
