Unscrupulous is an understatement. The price quoted online AND by phone was not the price listed on the settlement sheet. And what can I say about the sales manager, Kevin,,, he's the most unprofessional sales manager I've ever encountered. He actuallyy went "nanananananana" to my husband when he asked for the keys for the third time. They act like they're soooo busy, you need an appointment. The hour and a half we were there, there was not another customer anywhere. All of the sales people were just sitting around. So much for having to make an appointment! Avoid at all costs! More
