I used their online trade in valuation tool to see what they may be willing to pay for our low mileage late model trade in that is in near immaculate condition. No joke, I am not just saying our trade in is nice, it is a lady driven vehicle with complete maintenance records, and you could literally eat breakfast off of the top of the engine if you wanted too. Not to mention it is still under warranty. Only reason we were trading it in was to get a large truck we could pull a large trailer with. On our way down, I went ahead contacted my credit union and had pre-approval documentation for the deal based upon their online appraisal and online asking price for the truck. After test driving the vehicle and waiting about 30 minutes for the finance manager to decide how much he wanted to officially offer for our vehicle, they came back with an offer $1600 below their online tool evaluation, and $3K below what both KBB and NADA listed as average trade in values. I may have considered accepting at least the online evaluation offer, but not $3K below average trade in valuation. In fact I had already been offered NADA value for our car earlier in the week at another dealership, but we found an issue with the vehicle we were interested in, so did not close the deal. After trying to negotiate up to at least their online evaluation, the salesman told us that they had made a mistake on the price of the Titan we were interested in, and the finance manager was trying to recoup the cost by lowering our trade in valuation. The vehicle we wanted was already priced $500 above any book value that you check, so Im not sure how it was a mistake. Ultimately it was a total waste of an hour drive to look at a vehicle plus the time we were there and the drive home. Even though we were ready to make a deal and had pre-approval from our bank to purchase the truck, it did not matter to their manager. Based on the payment terms they showed us, they had obviously tacked on tons fees or adders to make a $42k deal turn into a $57k deal and were trying to use internal financing instead of the financing I brought with me. So basically they offered us a poor deal so they could turn us off and try to sell it for more to someone else. Offering $3k below average market trade-in value for a near immaculate late model low mileage trade-in was insulting to say the least. The vehicle we looked at was not even clean (truck had empty energy drink cans in the floorboard and mud all over it) but we were willing to overlook that due to it having all the options we were looking for and my wife just really liked it. I was surprised how rude and unprofessional the finance manager was, and how he obviously didn't care that he wasted our time. Needless to say they will not be getting our business on another $42k (or $57k) purchase anytime soon. You could have created a repeat customer, but instead decided to insult me and my wife and waste most of our morning. Live and learn I suppose. I will take my money elsewhere. Luckily there is no shortage of car dealerships that are willing to deal with customers who have great credit, nice trade-ins, and money to spend. I will say the salesman was nice and professional, but his hands were tied by the finance manager. He obviously didn't lie about the finance manager trying to make up for incorrect pricing as they raised the price of the vehicle by $4K online as soon as we left. Now its $4500 above book value, so good luck selling it for that anytime soon. More
This dealership is rediculous. We were wanting to upgrade to a 2020 Altima......My wife sent an inquiry and was told we were pre approved for 2% interest. Well she drove 30 min to the dealership for the salesman to tell her the lowest he could get her payment was 500 a month. This was the second time they done us this way. The sales person and the manager at this dealership could care less about gaining a customer but lining their pocket with profit and bonuses. Please do yourself a favor and find another Nissan dealer! More

I called all of there banks they told me they go trow they all told me that mouth tain nissan of dalton is not there customer no more ,and this is coming from there local banks regions,chase,SunTrust, I have friends working for them and they said anybody that bought there car there was told everything wrong about the deal and end up getting repo and destroying there credit ,SO GIVE UR SELF A FAVOR DONT GIVE THESE RACIST AND CHEATING DEALERS UR HARD EARN MONEY OR TIME OF THE DAY ,I went next door to toyota and they got me done in half hour with honesty and respect and even there manager told me the same horrible things about the mountain view dalton Nissan hie there customer come to them after they dishonestly being them in and running there credit score down to 40- so please drive right by them ,thank you I hope this helped anyone from making any future mistake with these horrible people taking hard More

Who would believe that I had the best car buying experience of my life at Mtn View Nissan of Dalton with Eric Hefner!! First, I called ahead of time to schedule an appointment. Spoke with Eric and explained my needs and what I was looking for. Usually, this part is a waste of time because, they ask all these questions and when you get to the dealership it’s like you NEVER spoke. How awesome was it to find that not only did he listen, he had pulled 4 cars for me to test drive! What!? I must be dreaming or on some mind-altering drug because this is not normal! Mr. Hefner highlighted features on each vehicle and answered all the questions I had. Even worked it out to find me the best car with the most features and the best price! How can I say this? I walked out the door before dark and was smiling the whole way home, driving my sweet new ride!! I'm referring all my friends to them!! Thank you Eric Hefner & Mtn View Nissan!! More

He listened to her and what she wanted and produced exactly what she asked for with ease and no hassle!!!
