Way to much time Had a 11:15 appointment arrived on time Some 2 hours later my car was done. Just to much time to have to wait for oil change and tire rotation. Great Mt. View serviced my 2 recalls quickly and efficiently. The customer service was great. They also repaired a problem I was having with my AC! Customer Mt. Service to new in just a few. I purchased a new Chevy Cobalt from Mt. View Chevy in 2008. I had always had it serviced at Mt. View Chevrolete. They kept it in top notch shape. I went in to have it serviced early one morning before breakfast. Needless to say I was really wanting a sausage egg biscuit bad. I ask if I could test drive a 2014 Chevy Cruze to get my breakfast. I had been checking them out and wanted to try it. Loved it. Thanks to Matt P. I'm a happy camper. They gave me a better deal than I expected and more. Thanks Matt and everyone at Mt. I was disappointed that after nine days at the body shop, my car was returned to me dirty, with wax and surface issues, and a scratch that was not there when I brought it in for the warranty work. Please no my car was returned to me dirty, with wax and surface issues, and a scratch that was not there when I brought it in for the warranty work. Please note, my car had only been driven three times between December 26, 2013, the date I purchased it, and January 22, 2014. All three times were for the trips back and forth to the dealership. I would like to say that once my friend and I brought our dissatisfaction to the manager's attention, he was in immediate contact with the body shop who came out right away and took care of the problems.
