Great Service I have used Mt Kisco Honda since purchasing my car in 2008 and have always had a wonderfully positive experience. Terrible Service Department My service was not completed in the time promised. The service manager promised my car would be ready in 1-2 days. It took 5 days. I was very unhappy My service was not completed in the time promised. The service manager promised my car would be ready in 1-2 days. It took 5 days. I was very unhappy with the professionalism and their honestly. After 3 days of not receiving any calls/updates, I called and asked the status of my call. The managers answer was "the body shop ran into some complications". When I inquired further, the manger said he would have to check with the body shop and get back to me. He never followed up with me or the body shop. Then when I finally got my car back, the paper work was not ready for me to sign to leave. I had to wait a while for the service provider to write up a receipt for me to have for my records. Then when I finally got in my car, the defroster was on full blast and the radio was all the way up and on a different station. I am a young women and I feel they took advantage of me. Very unhappy with the service department and will never be going back. More

Outstanding Customer Service Provided By Advisor I recently visited the service department and was pleased to see a new face in the service department check-in area. She introduced herself as Rachel I recently visited the service department and was pleased to see a new face in the service department check-in area. She introduced herself as Rachel and informed me that my vehicle would be quickly ready and that I wouldn't have to leave and come back. She kept me updated during the process and let me know what I needed to do in the future to keep the vehicle in tip-top shape. As I asked her questions re my vehicle she quickly responded with a concise explanation. At no time did she rush me or brush me off. Very pleased with the customer service that I received from Mt. Great sales experience, horrible service department Our purchase experience was excellent (we worked with Zach Leist who was wondeful). However, trying to get an issue resolved on our 2016 Odyssey (still under warranty) is horrible. The service department is not taking the problem seriously and claim they don't observe the problem at all. Email to Service Manager remains unanswered and unable to find email address for General Manager. So, moral of story: Go there to buy, but have your car serviced elsewhere! More

They are precise about what's going on with vehicle, take into account the client's finanacial concerns (what can be put off, but is recommended, why something should be done and good estimate of costs, all without pressuring. Finally, they do not charge unreasonable fees, and are as good or better than local Non-Honda dealers. If something isn't done by technicians, manager takes vehicle back to mechanics and supervises the labor force to ensure quality work is accomplished! This Honda dealer is excellent for minor maintenace (Annual Vehicle Inspection) up to major engine/wheel problems....Have gone here since bought the car in 2010 and won't let anyone else touch my Honda Accord!! More

Stay Away from Service - They Push Unnecessary Service These folks recommended and then sold my spouse a complete full differential service from my 2015 CR-V with only 19K miles on it, purchased December 2 These folks recommended and then sold my spouse a complete full differential service from my 2015 CR-V with only 19K miles on it, purchased December 2014 and serviced on February 2016 only 2 years old. No two year old auto needs transmission fluid change at 19K miles - unless there's a defect which would then be covered by warranty. STAY AWAY from the service department - they are untrustworthy because they sold me this service when I was in there shop for warranty work. More

Most recently, I had an intermittent problem with changing channels on the radio. The Service Advisor (Joe) created a video using his iPhone to share the problem with Honda HQ techs. They had Honda send them a new radio, covered by my warranty, and installed it the next day. I was able to use my car while the radio was shipped from Honda and the new radio was installed within an hour. More
