RACHEL'S CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS ARE IMPECCABLE!! Since I purchased my brand new Accord in June 2017, this was the second time I had an issue with the technology. The screen would go blank. This time I called Service instead of the Sales Rep who sold me the car and what a positive difference! I spoke with Mt. Kisco Honda's Service Advisor, Rachel Marisa. I was leaving for a long trip and was worried it would happen again while I was driving. Rachel talked me through the issue and pleasantly and patiently told me how to handle the situation. She was not annoyed and didn't make me feel like my questions where an inconvenience instead she thoroughly explained what to do if it happened again during my trip and her concern about my safety was impressive. Rachel's knowledge and experience is irreplaceable and top notch! As long as Rachel is employed at Mt. Kisco Honda I will be bringing my car to be serviced there. Thanks to Rachel, I no longer had a concern about my car on the long trip and am home safely! Thank you Rachel for your professionalism, courteous and respect. Poor customer service I've purchased three new hondas at this dealership. I will still buy Honda as I'm loyal to the brand. However, I will never go to or recommend Mt Kisco Honda again. They don't know what customer service means. More

I decided to try Mt Kisco Honda and I am very glad I did! My service advisor David Bruder was friendly and professional and really seemed to care about me and my car! They did the oil change that I came in for and gave me a full report about my car. Because of the way David treated me, Mt Kisco Honda will be my dealer! I look forward to my next visit! More

Rachel Rocks the Honda House with Stellar Cust Svce I was in during the month of December, when I had to have a faulty tire senser replaced. This generic brand senser was installed a few days prior by a I was in during the month of December, when I had to have a faulty tire senser replaced. This generic brand senser was installed a few days prior by a tire company, when they broke the original senser while putting on snow tires. As I would be traveling, I was not comfortable driving with a faulty senser and went to Honda to have them check and ultimately replace it. Rachel was my service agent at the dealership, and she took it upon herself to pursue my case, while moving the servicing through in a timely manner. Between ongoing communications with the mechanic working on my vehicle, she contacted the tire company and reported that they installed a bad senser...not just a simple case of recalibration, as I was told. This went back and forth for a while, ultimately ending with her instructing me to return to the tire company for a credit of the faulty part, where I proceeded to drive after leaving Honda. As a result of Rachel's efforts, the tire company did the right thing by crediting me for the part as well as labor costs I incurred to replace it. I am so impressed by the personal attention and service that was afforded me, something that is becoming increasingly rare in our world. Rachel is the face of what customer service should be about everywhere. Thank you!! More
