The staff was knowledgeable, the experience was very pleasant. My vehicle was overheating so I stopped in to get it checked out, they took me in without an appointment and arranged for a rental to be re pleasant. went in for an oil change and was called on the phone that i needed new rear brake pads. so i agreed so that they can get done on the same day. later found out that i didnt need new rears at that point b that i needed new rear brake pads. so i agreed so that they can get done on the same day. later found out that i didnt need new rears at that point but thats a way they pressure ppl into using their service.<br>also, wanted a alignment done on the car. i had aftermarket 17" rims on my accord. the service guy later tells me that they cannot align the car with the rims. but they still wanted to charge me 72 bucks plus they damaged my rims. took the car to a local tire shop that aligned it with no problem. if you cant do it, dont. dont tell me you can and then tell me you cant later and charge me for it. and damage my wheels in the process.
