Once again service at Mount Kisco Honda has exceeded my expectations. I just had our Honda Odyssey in for its 60,000 mile service and the experience was all positive. The team in the service department is definately doing their part to assist you in "creating extremely satisfied customers." My recent service visit with Jaime Scianguilla was, as always, pleasant, informative and concise. I have always felt confident that I was at the best mechanic for the repairs performed and believe that the associated costs were fair. I know the value in keeping my 2003 Pilot maintained properly and functioning perfectly. I know that the vehicle will last longer that way. I appreciate the fact that Jaime also keeps me well informed of pending maintenance requirements that I may have overlooked. Futhermore, EVERYONE that I have interacted with at your dealership has been kind, friendly and extremely helpful. I have spoken directly to some of your mechanics, the partss deptartment people, the gentleman who maintains the coffee bar, shuttle drivers and some office workers from upstairs and other service people. I've tried the service departments at many area Honda dealers and have walked away from all after my first (and last) visit. That changed about 5 years ago when I found Mt. Kisco Honda and I haven't gone to any other Honda service department since. In fact, I drive past Honda dealers that are closer to my home just to go to Mt. Kisco Honda. Service Advisor Joe Haughton, whom I work with the majority of the time, is a first rate A1 professional. He is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and customer service oriented. He always listens to my concerns patiently and carefully and always finds the right solution to my problems. I can also say on the occassions I have worked with Service Advisors David and Jamie, they are equally excellent. Service Technician Jake McKenna is also to be recognized as a first rate A1 professional. He too is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and customer service oriented. And he too always listens to my concerns patiently and carefully and always finds the right solution to my problems. Because I still drive a (mint) 1995 Accord, I tend to run into alot of problems - and tough unorthodox problems at that - because of the car's age and Jake solves them every time. For this reason, I always ask that Jake work on my vehicle when possible. All other Mt. Kisco Honda personnel who are familiar with me from my frequent service visits are also very friendly and helpful. I am very thankful I have Mt. Kisco Honda has helped develop a trust and respect knowing that our vehicles are well cared for. Over the last 1+ years Jamie from the Service department has taken excellent care of my families current two CR-V's. She is always very courteous, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain all requirements for services and issues for our cars. Jamie and everyone from the Service department at Mt. Kisco Honda has always made us feel welcomed while our car is being tuned-up. As an example, during our last visit for a "C" service checkup one of our cars required an additional part for a separate known issue. This part is not normally stocked in-house. Originally we would have to bring the car back a few days later when the part arrived. Instead Jamie researched other area dealerships and was able to find one with the part needed. Through this effort our car had the normal service required and our additional issue resolved all in one visit, thus saving us time, travel and additional labor charges. Thank you Mt. Kisco Honda!!! We've been going to Mt. Kisco Honda to have our car serviced for approximately 4 years...and we purchased our most recent car from them in 2009. He and his colleagues are honest, anxious to please...and will do whatever it takes even in case of last minute problems. This year as we were leaving on a trip, we drove through a pot hole and damaged a tire. Joe found us a replacement and had it installed in time for us to get back on the road and not be late for a wedding in Philadelphia. Most recently, someone backed into our car, and Joe arranged for excellent auto body work. All-in-all, Mt.Kisco Honda has the best service department around. And on the sales side, Mt. Kisco Honda gave us a fair deal on our new car and trade-in. Can't recommend them highly enough. More
