We’ve been using this service department for over 10 years. Started out as great but new workers lead to higher prices. We took our Honda Pilot there for service and they wanted close to $7,000! My husband questioned the price so they then there were able to knock off some money. It didn’t seem right. Got a second opinion and we didn’t need all the work Honda said! The price difference this mechanic gave us was under $2,000! I will never take my cars to Honda service department ever again! Shame on them for taking advantage of their customers. Stay clear of this place if you don’t want to get ripped off. More
Got burned BAD at another dealer for service work. Took a stab at this one. OUTSTANDING !!!!!!! Mechanic actually showed me the replaced parts ! Who does that anymore ???? The service department is run by seasoned professionals. Exactly what I was looking for. The Service Department runs like a well oiled swiss watch !!! Repair was perfect, and I'm a " perfectionist". Being a 40 + year mechanic myself, you turn into a " mechanic perfectionist ". Unfortunately, I'm too old now to do big jobs myself..,,,but the repair looks like I would have done it !!! I will NEVER go to another dealership for repair again. > They have me for life !! More
Compare prices, or you might get ripped off. I snapped the antenna on my 2015 CRV backing out of the garage and it severely damaged the antenna base. I called Mount Kisco Honda where I bought the car to see what it would cost to get it installed. I talked with ToniAnn Delano. She said "5 hours to remove the headliner and 5 hours to reinstall it. Over $1000 labor." Next I called Curry Honda in Yorktown. They quoted $365 labor and $183 for the part. I called ToniAnn and told her that her price was way off. She wanted me to bring the car in for her to "look at". Instead I emailed her pictures. After 2 or 3 days she finally sent me the following quote: Parts 235.00 Labor 650.00 for five hours of labor to drop the back half of the headliner we are not responsible if it creases I took the car to Curry the next day. They installed the part I bought on Amazon in two hours. They did not crease the headliner. In fact they never even mentioned that it might happen. I will NEVER be going back to Mount Kisco Honda. They were going to charge me $52 more than Curry would charge for the same part. They would charge me 5 hours labor for a two hour job. This is how they treat their good customers? Would they have charged me 10 hours labor for the same job if I had not called Curry to get a competitive quote? I simply don't trust these people. More

And let me tell you, we love this place for one Sales rep who works there. We realized that we needed an Oil Service for the current car we are driving. It was 4:15 PM and apparently they stop accepting vehicles after 4:00PM on Saturdays. Which is fine. I totally respect that. Since we are coming from a long distance I would have loved to see them helping us out but once again, it's fine. I got my answer and I was walking out, then I noted that the gentleman in charge at the desk was making a face. He is clearly rude and has no manners. We will keep on coming but not for him. More
Oil change and inspection. I dealt with David Bruder and happy to see he was back at Honda. I only bring my car to HONDA for any type of maintenance. I need a new starters?!! I came in for a tuneup, but I was also having trouble starting the car. It worked after several attempts, so I thought it might be a computer glitch. Imagine my surprise when they told me I needed a new starter after only 40,000 miles! I’m sure the starter must’ve been defective, and it’s not the fault of anyone I’ve dealt with in the service department, but it was a bit disconcerting. More
