We've purchased two cars from Mount Kisco Honda over the past four years. We knew we didn't get a great deal but we didn't know how bad it was until we checked on the extended warranty we purchased with th past four years. I'll spare you the details and just say that we were ripped off for $1700. The folks there were friendly but that's par for this business. Also, the dealer charged me more than list price for parts. went in for an oil change and was called on the phone that i needed new rear brake pads. so i agreed so that they can get done on the same day. later found out that i didnt need new rears at that point b that i needed new rear brake pads. so i agreed so that they can get done on the same day. later found out that i didnt need new rears at that point but thats a way they pressure ppl into using their service.<br>also, wanted a alignment done on the car. i had aftermarket 17" rims on my accord. the service guy later tells me that they cannot align the car with the rims. but they still wanted to charge me 72 bucks plus they damaged my rims. took the car to a local tire shop that aligned it with no problem. if you cant do it, dont. dont tell me you can and then tell me you cant later and charge me for it. and damage my wheels in the process.
