I have leased and now bought many different Honda cars from Mt. Kisco Honda. We returned because of our original interaction with Andy Gorran. I first called and talked to Brittany on the phone about 2 other ads that I had seen. She told me to bring them in and they would match them. Brittany was able to do better then the ads. From the moment I walked in everyone was courteous, helpful and professional. I did not feel like I needed to keep my hands in my pockets because I was going to be flimflammed. Cesar though in great pain went out of his way to help me with our returning our leased Accord and showed me the best way to overcome our financial situation. The sales manager was very kind and also did every thing he could to help me with the decision without my feeling pressured. Nick took over and wrote up the sale as Cesar had to take the night off because of his pain. Nick was diligent to explain things to us and worked hard to make things clear in the most difficult part of the process the costs of each time and the process. He did as great as Cesar told us certain things about the car and Nick was able to bridge those discussions very well without us feeling like we were being told two different things. I was in the car business for a short while selling. In fact it was right across the street. So I know how these things can go downhill quite quickly with the customer feeling like somebody just robbed him.
