For example: David sent me an email on his day off this past Friday to check that everything went well with my car pick up at service as he was not there for the final exchange of communication. re Joe: When I heard strange brake sounds in my wheel wells, and thought I saw smoke while driving on I-684, Joe was waiting for me at service, much later than usual, with water and emergency tools on hand and was very concerned. He had one of the technicians ready and waiting to check everything before letting me drive home. Who does this? I feel very confident when your service department has my vehicle and know that even if there is a problem, they can explain it.
