I heard an ad on the radio for Mount Kisco Honda for their Midnight Madness sale that they were having 3 days after I had decided to buy a 2012 Honda Civic from another dealership. I decided to stop by to see if they really could beat the price that the other dealership had given me. I met Luis who was extremely accomodating, and after some negotiation they were able to beat the price by $1 a month. It doesnt sound like a huge savings, but the friendliness of the staff and the ease of the purchase made it worth it. There was some trouble getting me the car by the time I needed it, but Luis made sure that I had a rental car that they paid for so that I wouldnt need to miss any time at work. Luis and Mt Kisco Honda was extremely friendly and helpful and accomodated all of my needs and wishes. I would definitely recommend working with this dealership- and definitely stop by and ask for Luis. More

My recent service visit with Jaime Scianguilla was, as always, pleasant, informative and concise. I have always felt confident that I was at the best mechanic for the repairs performed and believe that the associated costs were fair. I know the value in keeping my 2003 Pilot maintained properly and functioning perfectly. I know that the vehicle will last longer that way. I appreciate the fact that Jaime also keeps me well informed of pending maintenance requirements that I may have overlooked. Futhermore, EVERYONE that I have interacted with at your dealership has been kind, friendly and extremely helpful. I have spoken directly to some of your mechanics, the partss deptartment people, the gentleman who maintains the coffee bar, shuttle drivers and some office workers from upstairs and other service people. After spending two days in the dealership discussing new vehicle pricing and trade-in value, we could not reach an agreement. Then, after receiving a far superior deal from Curry Honda in Yorktown, JP Kupp vehicle pricing and trade-in value, we could not reach an agreement. Then, after receiving a far superior deal from Curry Honda in Yorktown, JP Kupper from Mount Kisco Honda called me and beat the Curry deal. I left work early to go to Mount Kisco Honda and sign the deal. Before signing, we reviewed all the numbers and JP's deal in fact would beat Curry's. JP then went and discussed this deal with his manager. Upon returning to his desk, JP Kupper told me the "best he could do" was now $1400 more than what we had agreed upon, and tried to pass the blame onto his sales manager. This is some of the most unethical dealing I have ever experienced, even for an auto dealer. I walked out of Mount Kisco Honda, and directly to Curry Honda in Yorktown, where I received the originally quoted deal. Curry Honda served my needs perfectly and courteously, and did not play unethical pricing games like JP Kupper at Mount Kisco Honda. More

He follows-up at intervals after the sale to ask about of your satisfaction and to remind you that the sales experience does not end at delivery. Delivery, to him is actually the beginning of the next sale. It was on one of these follow-up conversations that we talked about the 2012 Honda Civic.
