I found Honda's customer service to far exceed that of neighboring dealers. I walked into the Chevy and Ford dealerships and they didn't speak to me. Nissan only had one preoccupied salesperson. He took me expertly through the process of selecting the right vehicle for me, test driving, comparing, choosing options, and turning over the vehicle to me. We purchased a 2013 Honda Accord EX-L, through Andrew Silfen in January of 2013.
