I was greeted by Joe Cicchelli in the showroom and test drove the Honda Accord LX and EX on 2 separate days. I visited 3 other dealers in the area to view the colors on the Honda Accord Sport Edition and t drove the Honda Accord LX and EX on 2 separate days. I visited 3 other dealers in the area to view the colors on the Honda Accord Sport Edition and to make a comparison before making a decision. Joe's style and approach (patience) made me feel very comfortable. It was a 2.5 week process but I finally purchased a 2013 Honda Accord Sport Edition in the color I wanted. I wanted to make sure that I was going to get a good price with the terms (color etc.) that I wanted. If you want to be treated like an adult in a professional manner and not get irritated with the new car buying experience, then I would highly suggest you see Joe to walk you through the whole process. They were insistent that I test the 2012. Even after i told them the exact car i wanted. The sales guy told me that the GM wants them to move those cars to make room for the 2013. I don't care what the GM wants, I care about what I want. That's what impressed me about Brian. It was about the best vehicle for me and my family. More
