We’ve been using this service department for over 10 years. Started out as great but new workers lead to higher prices. We took our Honda Pilot there for service and they wanted close to $7,000! My husband questioned the price so they then there were able to knock off some money. It didn’t seem right. Got a second opinion and we didn’t need all the work Honda said! The price difference this mechanic gave us was under $2,000! I will never take my cars to Honda service department ever again! Shame on them for taking advantage of their customers. Stay clear of this place if you don’t want to get ripped off. More

I visited the Mt. Kisco Honda dealership on Saturday morning (Oct 7th). My intention was to buy a 2024 Odyssey or Pilot from. Upon arrival, I was viewing the vehicles Kisco Honda dealership on Saturday morning (Oct 7th). My intention was to buy a 2024 Odyssey or Pilot from. Upon arrival, I was viewing the vehicles when I was approached by Carlito. Carlito did not introduce himself (his name was only revealed later by a different salesman), but simply started in with his salesman pitch. When I asked to see a car, Carlito slid a piece of paper over and said “fill this out”. I stated that I didn’t want to fill anything out, rather I just wanted to see a car first. Carlito was clearly annoyed with this but never once was able to kindly communicate that this was simply their policy. Instead, he was rude and disrespectful to me. When I brought to his attention that he still hadn’t even introduced himself Carlito called me “confrontational”. In what world does a salesman not introduce himself first thing when he approaches a customer? I than asked for a different salesman. Adam then walked up and proceeded to be just as rude and disrespectful as Carlito. You are welcome to do what you will with this information. I left the dealership and was able to receive exemplary customer service at Yonkers Honda where I purchased a 2024 Honda Pilot. I will be posting this review everywhere, to ensure that other potential customers are warned of the treatment they will receive walking into Mt. Kisco. More
