It took two days for snow tires and a NYS Inspection to be completed. The phone was taken off the hook so I could not call in to inquire about the status. I was promised it would take one day and that I could take advantage of the free Shuttle Service to and from when I made the appointment a month in advance. I have no other transportation options. I never received an apology. I did not get Shuttle Service. I was ignored. All I heard was how hard it was to work there due to poor training on software. My needs didn't seem to matter. I guess, I will have to travel 45 minutes to a different Dealer. What happened? For 6 years, it was great there. It sounds like the new manager for Service is rude and incompetent. More
I emailed to confirm the price in the post. I received a response that the car was 4k more than what the price in the post. Advised the sales person of this and was told it is because they will I received a response that the car was 4k more than what the price in the post. The finance manager forged my signature on my loan documents and basically screwed me. When I complained to Anthony who is suppose to be the general manager her ignored me. Worst experience ever. Had my Chevy impala for over two weeks. Was stalling at idle. After a week Dennis replaced the fuel pump for $1,200. Obviously never road tested. Dennis became a story teller to cover the unneeded work. Turned out to be an electronic module. Took another week plus to get that done. Dennis lied about it all. Word to the wise, don’t buy a vehicle from this dealership or have any service performed. More
This service department used to be good. Now under new ownership the customer service is beyond lacking. After holding my vehicle for two days, dealership had resolved zero issues citing that they "didn' ownership the customer service is beyond lacking. If I could put 0 stars I would. Dennis he’s a liar and racist. We took our 2013 Cadillac Escalade to get serviced,also they changed a recalled airbag and they fix a rough engine idle which it still shake racist. We took our 2013 Cadillac Escalade to get serviced,also they changed a recalled airbag and they fix a rough engine idle which it still shakes a little after the service being done to it and we told Dennis about it and he said just drive it because you brought us an Escalade with almost a 100,000 miles on it and it should stop once it’s driven. We had over $1600 worth of work done to came back to our display screen not working properly the backlight was messed up and Dennis blamed the dealership we purchased the Escalade from for the display problem. which we never had a problem with the the display screen until after the Dennis and the others at Mount Kisco Cadillac serviced it. Dennis had us wait serval hours to see if they could fix something they broke (display screen) and after serval hours of waiting he called to tell us we have to pay to get if fix. Horrible service I wouldn’t recommend them to anybody because that may mess your once working vehicle up. More
Very bad business practices here.
