I have never dealt with such a horrible dealership. I brought my truck in to have the horn fixed (only one of them worked), they quoted me $150 to fix the horn. I declined the work and when I received my truck back neither horn worked. The dealership refuses to fix the problem now. Trevor and the service manager are impossible to deal with; they are condescending, extremely rude and not helpful. I have had poor experiences with the service department in the past and I guess I haven't learned my lesson. I will never use them again and I am contemplating my legal options for the horn issue and other issues which were not fixed to my satisfaction. More
