I gave them a great score but they deserve higher. I have been assisted by Mike O and he is patient. I had a noise in my window that we couldn't figure out what it was. I recommend them to everyone because you always hear of dealerships that don't take the time for you, that just see dollars signs. Not at Eisenhower they want to know about you and your needs for your vehicle. I would give them a 10 for outstanding service. More

I gave Great rating because I was treated very well from the appointment on the phone to the time I left the door. Brian made the appt and dave took care of me when I arrived. Eisenhauers made the repair (fuel sending unit) it was covered under my extended warranty. everything working well. the technitian was Todd Jacobs. very well satisfied! More
