TAKING THE BAIT TOOK NISSAN QUEST VAN IN FOR SERVICING DUE TO NOISE SOUNDING LIKE A "HELICOPTER" EMANATING FROM FRONT END. WAS TOLD REPAIRS WERE MADE WITH SOME BELT TOOK NISSAN QUEST VAN IN FOR SERVICING DUE TO NOISE SOUNDING LIKE A "HELICOPTER" EMANATING FROM FRONT END. WAS TOLD REPAIRS WERE MADE WITH SOME BELT TIGHTENING AND ADJUSTMENTS, AND FROM THERE I PROCEEDED TO ORDER ABOUT $900 WORTH OF PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICE IN ORDER TO KEEP OUR VEHICLE WITH 92,000 MILES ON IT IN GOOD RUNNING CONDITION. ON THE WAY HOME, NOTICED NOISE WAS STILL THERE AND TOOK VAN BACK NEXT DAY. WAS TOLD IT WAS THE TRANSMISSION AND IT WOULD COST $4200 FOR A NEW ONE, LESS 15% DISCOUNT THEY WERE OFFERING . I WAS FLABBERGASTED AT THE FACT THAT HAD THE ORIGINAL PROBLEM NOT BEEN MIS-DIAGNOSED, I WOULD NOT HAVE ORDERED SO MUCH IN PREVENTIVE SERVICE KNOWING THAT IT NEEDED A NEW TRANSMISSION. IT SEEMS LIKE WE WERE SUCKERED INTO PROCURING SERVICE UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT OUR VEHICLE WAS IN GOOD RUNNING CONDITION, WHEN IT FACT IT WAS IN NEED OF A MAJOR TRANSMISSION REPAIR. More
Great dealer, even after the purchase (Update to a previous review) We purchased a used car from Eisenhauer and were quite happy with the sale and the customer service. About 2 weeks after our purchase, the AC in our car died. After calling around about it we contacted the manufacturer and found out that the part that broke (the AC compressor) had an engineering flaw (utterly undetectable, not the fault of Eisenhauer for not catching it). Unfortunately we were informed that the extended warranty on that part had run out 6 months before we bought it and that the manufacturer would not be replacing it. We needed the AC badly as the car was being used as a work vehicle and 8-12 hour days in the summer heat without AC was quickly wearing thin. Desperate to get the part replaced but dreading the thousand dollar repair bill, we called Greg. He spoke with management on our behalf and got back to me that same day to say that, because it broke so soon after purchasing and because it was a defective part, they were willing to replace the part free of charge. Not only that, but Greg contacted us afterwards to ensure the part was working and that summer was bearable again. I can't recommend Eisenhauer enough and would certainly purchase from them again. P.S. They were under no obligation whatsoever to fix the part as we did not purchase the comprehensive warranty plan. More

I was reluctant to do so as I was not really looking to purchase a new vehicle. I spoke to Dave Mehle at length and he presented me with an offer which I told him I would think about. There was absolutely no pressure from him at all and he was very patient with me during the entire process. I did end up buying a new Rogue which I am very happy with. I would recommend Eisenhauer and Dave Mehle to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. More
An enjoyable car purchasing experience I have leased two vehicles from Eisenhower Nissan and on a routine service visit, I expressed my concerns with my Pathfinder with a person in the serv I have leased two vehicles from Eisenhower Nissan and on a routine service visit, I expressed my concerns with my Pathfinder with a person in the service department that I have spoken with several times over the years, Mike Ostrich. I had some damage to my leased Pathfinder and I was going to be well over mileage upon turn in. I did not have any thought in my mind when I went in for that service appointment that I would end up purchasing a new car. In addition, my two year old son was with me. My son LOVED the waiting room. There were organic juices, coffee, snacks, clean restrooms, and very friendly staff. My son climbed in and out of all of the show room cars and I did not receive one single evil eye from a staff member. Mike Ostrich arranged for me to talk with Terry Dinger, a salesperson. Terry was open to working with my situation and over the next two weeks, he worked diligently to assure that I would be able to purchase the vehicle that I really wanted which was a 2016 Rogue SV. Terry was prompt with his responses to any questions I had and he was very family oriented to the point that he searched the dealership for my son's cloth snack bag (which was of course, in my Nissan!). Cody met with myself and my husband to handle all of the finances and the process was so very smooth! It actually all happened while our kids were in school for the morning! Cody handled all the paperwork with ease and we appreciated how quickly it was all taken care of. The manager, Mike Fleisher was hands on in working with us to trade in a rough lease and put us in a vehicle we own. Mike was there the day we purchased the vehicle to shake our hands and that meant a lot to my husband and I. Terry Dinger, Mike Ostrich, Cody Arnold, and Mike Fleisher are gentlemen that I look forward to dealing with for years to come. More
Perfect Customer Service I bought a certified pre-owned car that had a vanity plate installed by the prior owner. This was a perfect fix, and was handled in the most genuinely decent way, all in about 15 minutes. Thanks Mike! More
