In my quest to locate a newer Chrsler 200, I found what I was looking for at Eisenhauer Nissan in Wernersville, PA. The vehicle had all the options I was looking for, the color and mileage. After a few exchanged phone calls with the Internet salesman, Keith Baker, I made the commitment to purchase the vehicle as long as the visual inspection and test drive proved out. I let him know that I was coming down on late Friday night, would be at the dealership in the early morning and neeed to be back in upstyate NY for a previous engaement by 5. In all about 600 miles round trip. We arrived saturday morning, drove tyhe vehicle, the paperwork was ready, and we were on the road by 11:30. He referred me to another salesman so I would not have to wait. On that occasion Jim Bentz stepped in and again I had a good experience, purchasing a 2012. Recently, I emailed Mr. Baker to inquire about trading in my wife’s car for a new Rogue. He invited me in. We had a good meeting. Mr. Baker and his finance manager did their best, but my limited budget would not allow me to make a purchase. In none of my visits was I ever pressured. Mr. Baker asked me what my goals were and then he set about to help me achieve them – not change them.
