Wow, right from our first visit , we were impressed. We weren't sure what we liked and all the staff especially Freddie Fisher our sales person was extremely patient and courteous. Once we knew what we wanted, Freddie found it at another lot, since they did not have a 2012 king cab leftover on their lot. We worked out trading an old 1990 pickup and a 1998 Sporster motorcycle. Never thought that was possible, trading two thngs on one new truck, but boy they made it so easy and gave us a good fair trade allowance. We had finance question answered by Nathan even payoff recommendatons. I have never had a better buying experience than this one. They made everything easy yet were not pushy at all. More

I bought a used jeep wrangler I found on line. Keith the online sales associate was very helpful and friendly. He even drove the vehicle to my house for delivery at 10 pm in the evening. My experience was much better than the typical used car dealer experience. Terry was courteous and attentive on the phone, followed up on the questions I asked, and was as friendly in person during the sa dealer experience. I was turned off of another dealer when the salesman turned out to be a complete sleaze that I wouldn't trust to buy a loaf of bread from. I'm a PA boy, born and bread, but now living in NJ. I have yet to have a good car shopping experience in either NJ or NY, but instead head back to PA to dealers like Eisenhauer where the service is so much better. More

I originally started out looking for a used car to keep my car payment at a minimum. Then a service rep meets you at your car to sign you in. The waiting room is very nice and large.Everyone there I thought was super nice and professional. I will diffently by my next car there.
