I had been looking for a Nissan Xterra for over 2 years, and was never able to find a used good one within my price range, I came across an ad for a 2008 Xterra that was listed $1500 below kbb and NADA. I got pre approval for a loan before I called the dealership. I was setup with Jay who answered all my questions, and asked me to fill out their finance application before going down the next day. I live almost 3 hours away and was it worth the trip. Everyone at the dealership I saw greeted my wife and me with a smile and hello. We felt very welcome to be there. Jay also got me a better rate through another lending institution, which saved me over a thousand for the life of the loan. Sue set me up with an exteneded warranty and was very patient with all my queations and concerns. When I have the money someday and will buy a new Xterra, I will not hesitate to travel back to this dealership. Keep up the great work. More
