My husbabd and I purchased a vehicle from Jay Denapoli in 2009. From the very beginning, Jay was the most helpful car dealer we had ever worked with. We had to drive an hour from our house to get there, bu 2009. From the very beginning, Jay was the most helpful car dealer we had ever worked with. We had to drive an hour from our house to get there, but the drive was well worth it. Since we purchased, there was something wrong with the truck, and Lancaster Nissan told us it was not covered under our warranty. We called Jay and he called back within 15 minutes telling us that it was indeed covered and that the repair and rental were all set up for us. He has gone above and beyond for excellent customer service for us numerous times. We will never buy another car from anyone else, dealing with Jay is well worth an hour drive. We have also referred two friends to Jay, who traveled an hour to deal with him as well. More

He did not pressure me into anything and made me feel like a family member. Being as thorough as I could be in a short period of time, I called the dealership multiple times to ask questions and get explanations on everything I needed. I was taken care of in a timely and professional manner. I did not receive any phone calls or emails interrupting my work day (which I did receive from other dealerships) which I found very respectful. After hearing about my experiences, my grandfather has asked me to take him to Eisenhauer this weekend so he can look at purchasing a new car. This was my first Eisenhauer experience, but it won’t be my last. More
