Bought 2 tires and they did not balance correctly my husband is an certified auto tech and told me they did not balance them correctly. My appointment was at 9am and I did not get my car back until 11:40 and they wanted me to pay for my rear tires being balanced when I did not even want them to touch the rear tires since they were just balanced not even 5 months ago when I purchased my rear tires. When I got there to pick up my vehicle not only did they not apologize ,since they expected me to call them as if I were a mind reader, they had the nerve to insult my intelligence and ask for me to pay for something they had no right to do. I will NEVER go to this dealership again and I have decided to never purchase Ford again since they give there dealerships free reign to treat customers like this ! I have purchased Fords for 12 years but I no longer will consider them. More
I wanted my brakes repaired on my truck. They know to use only OEM parts but they installed o'reilly parts and the truck went all over the place when I braked. Then they charged me for more parts because they threw away the brake lines which didn't fit the o'rielly parts. What a mess. I don't get nothing service there anymore since Harold left. Chiver, he is rude. Not so much to me, but to my daughter until he found out who she was. I have used moyer since 1980 so I used to get all my service on my ford thru them. NO MORE More
Mark Kranz is a great salesman. He is very honest and deserves a raise. His knowledge in the automotive field lead us to purchase a Ford vehicle. Although I was not impressed with the shop manager, Chi deserves a raise. His knowledge in the automotive field lead us to purchase a Ford vehicle. Although I was not impressed with the shop manager, Chiver. He was most rude and his knowledge of Ford automobiles was not very great. For example, I took in my 94 Ford Ranger to have a squeak looked at. I told him that it was my hanger bearing. He disagreed saying that my truck didn't have a hanger bearing. After three hours of dumbfoundedness he finally decided that my hanger bearing was out. Even though I had a bad experience with Chiver, Moyer Ford is a great place to shop for automobiles. More
