Bad sales Mgr & poor service like the Honda truck, loved J Urso sales man. The sales manager is an xxx. Almost tore up the check and tossed it at him. At 71 years don't need any more pain. Took truck in for sticker and oil change (4,300 miles) just to see if service was as bad as the sales Mgr. it was! 1 hour to change oil and put a sticker on the truck. They really should paint the windows in to the service area black so you cannot see how the employes move in slow motion or not at all. When they applied the new sticker they did not remove any of the old glue. Got to clean up around the sticker my self. The only good employee I dealt with was Chloe. More
heater repair Took my 2012 Pilot to have a no heat complaint checked on Feb 26th. Was told that it needed to have the heater core replaced and the heater core had t Took my 2012 Pilot to have a no heat complaint checked on Feb 26th. Was told that it needed to have the heater core replaced and the heater core had to be ordered and the repair person was not going to be working until March 2nd. I took the Pilot into have the heater core replaced on March 2nd and when I picked it up I was given a paper that sort of described what work was performed and it seems the only thing done was the heater core was flushed out not replaced. If the heater core only needed to be flushed out then why did I need to bring the car back to the service dept as they had it all day on Feb 26th and I know that it does not take 8 hours to flush out a heater core much less 16 hours as that is how long the service dept had my car. But as a second thought why does a 2 year old car with 14,700 miles on it even need to have the heater core changed/flushed, unless it was due to poor work this past summer when a major repair to the engine was performed at this service dept. Glad I got the extended service plan as it seems with the what seems to be questionable service work I'll most likely need to use it in the future to "FIX" whatever might go wrong next. I do not feel that Eddie did anything incorrect, but the service techs I'm not sure about. More
