I bought a 2016 Nissan Versa in March and between the vehicle itself and my salesperson Mr. Price I was extremely happy with my decesion to get a vehicle here! Mr. Price went above and beyond to make sur vehicle itself and my salesperson Mr. Price I was extremely happy with my decesion to get a vehicle here! Mr. Price went above and beyond to make sure myself and my family were in a safe vehicle and a price I could afford! Andy wasn't in this to make money off me getting a vehicle is ONLY concern was the safety of myself and my kids and making sure my payments did not put me in any financial hardship! I have to be honest my buying experience was very pleasant. But I can not say the same for their Service department. Worst Customer Service I have ever encountered. This is my 5th New Nissan in 5 y pleasant. But I can not say the same for their Service department. Worst Customer Service I have ever encountered. This is my 5th New Nissan in 5 years and never encountered a problem with any of their Service Dept. until I purchased one from '" Mt.View." Found it hard to believe the Service dept could be so rude, argumentative and disrespectful to their customers. When I asked to speak to Service Manager I was told "My appointment was OVER" I was also told I can find my car in the service bay area. I was left to locate my car (no keys given back just left in cup holder), When located,found myself sitting in it with no way to get out (doors were down) no one was in service area to open the doors. Walked around and could not find anyone. Fortunately a nice mechanic saw me after some time had passed (by this time I was in tears) he apologized and let me out. I will NEVER to back for service again or purchase a vehicle. It is just a shame that Mt.View allows employee's in the Service Department to speak and treat customers in such a distasteful manner. I feel it will cost them valued customer's eventually. I really feel bad for all the hard working sales people. More

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE This has been a while ago - we leased a Leaf (loved the car) - the problems - the little ones were taking car in 3 times for low air before they took This has been a while ago - we leased a Leaf (loved the car) - the problems - the little ones were taking car in 3 times for low air before they took of the tire to find a leak than charges 2X of our chevy for the same thing. Sales person would promise to fix something and the shop said they didn't do that. The service was alway condensing to my wife , lecturing her on how to take care of wiper blades was one. The big thing was (thru a 3rd party they represented) we were promised a $600. rebate after 6 months did not get - our salesman would not respond to e mails until I e mailed everyone I could and the response was that "sometimes you don't get what you want" We would still have a the leaf but dealing with them made it not worth it More
