The only reason I had this dealership do a transmission and coolant flush was to maintain the lifetime warranty, and I stated I was trying keep the car current for the warranty, no other service was ever r and coolant flush was to maintain the lifetime warranty, and I stated I was trying keep the car current for the warranty, no other service was ever recommended to me , upon completion and at the cashier Charlie then asks if I’ve ever had a tune up , , knowing he hadn’t done one , I tell him no and he adds the tune up to the list of maintenance needed to honor the warranty this was NEVER MENTIONED until now we all know you weren’t going to honor the warranty anyway because I was at 129k mileage, I will never buy a personal or business vehicle from you ever again nor will you ever do any maintenance on any vehicle of mine , very deceptive and dishonest service, love the Altima but will never buy one from this dealership More

Me. Owens helped me greatly with getting my trade in VW with me only having less than $1,000 to payoff in order to get Sentra at a reasonable monthly payment. I have not yet went in for my Sentra to be che with me only having less than $1,000 to payoff in order to get Sentra at a reasonable monthly payment. I have not yet went in for my Sentra to be checked for the 1000 mile inspection but it will be this next week. I have a issue with the car when driving it has done now 3 times where it sputtering but doesn’t loose power that I plan to have checked next week, other than that I am satisfied when this issue is fixed.
