Went into Mountain View Nissan with a difficult financing situation that I didn't think could be overcome. I was trading a vehicle with nearly 200k miles and still had a balance owed as well as a lower than situation that I didn't think could be overcome. He told me he wanted me to drive the car before we talked any numbers to ensure I liked it. He was very polite and answered all of my questions. He asked me questions to find out what I wanted in a payment and worked with me to get a payment I was comfortable with. His customer service was wonderful. My experiance with Moutain View Nissan was great. I have bought cars before from other dealerships and to be honest this was my best experience ever. I contacted them on the internet and was pleasantly surp bought cars before from other dealerships and to be honest this was my best experience ever. I contacted them on the internet and was pleasantly surprised to get a response the same day even though it was late when I sent the email. Rick Allen called me the next day and asked me to come down to the dealership, if I had the chance. I told him I would be by, but not sure what time--I know they prefer to work by appointments. He said no problem just to ask for him when I was able to get there. When I did make it down to the dealership, it was getting kind of late for a Saturday, but I was still met at the door. No searching for a salesperson--Yeah!!! The man asked very nicely if I was working with someone, and I stated that yes I had spoke with Rick Allen. He went and got Rick and he showed us all of the Frontiers he had on the lot and discussed the different models available. He was very professional, friendly, and informative. We made our choice and took a test drive, I was again impressed as he took us on a route that included downtown streets and the interstate. The pricing was fair and the paperwork very straightforward and easy. Everyone at the dealership was very nice and I was even introduced to and took on a tour of the service area. I even got a coupon book and was tentatively scheduled for my first oil change. Rick make sure the car was cleaned, filled up with gas and that I knew how to use the lights and windshield wipers. He really took his time with us even though I know he had three other customers I never felt rushed or pressured. Although this was my first Nissan, if I keep getting service like this purchase it will not be my last. I would defintely recommend this dealership as they really seem to care that you get a deal and a car you feel comfortable with and great customer service. More

Purchasing a car can be stress-filled. Mr. McIntyre assisted my daughter (for whom the car was being purchased) and myself, in not only a professional but personal manner.
