Poor management / Service manager I bought a brand new Rouge in October, it has 13,000 miles on it now. At my last service the service manager insisted that I replace all the tires and get an alignment. I fought him about this, he made me question my own common sense insisting I needed tires. I told them to put them on if it was that bad, and 5 minutes later called back and asked them to wait, that I wasn't going to but the same brand tire on that failed so quickly on my wife's car. The service manager told me I was mistaken and that where did I get 60,000 wear life rating for tires from, that it was common for them to wear out before 30,000. I told the manager my car had 13,000 miles he was mistaken and that I would call Nissan myself to gripe. Turns out he had the wrong car, caused a huge fight with me and my spouse, interrupted a sales call with phone calls selling tires I didn't need, just like I said. My wife was treated like crap when she went to pick up the car, service manger thinking I made him put on and take off tires for nothing, and took out his angst with her prior to learning of his own mistake with the two identical cars in the bay. WOW ! 6 hours for an oil change, a huge argument with Nissan staff , my wife, and the owner Erin. Mr Erin Watson only wants to defend his staff, not listen to the actual person spending the $, your mistake sir... my business has moved to Hunt Nissan and my Mtn. View logos have been changed.1 More

I received wrong info about car. Payment $50.00 higher than promised. Conned out of truck toolbox. I wanted to keep the toolbox in which they agreed to at first then they offered to buy the box for $150. than promised. Conned out of truck toolbox. I wanted to keep the toolbox in which they agreed to at first then they offered to buy the box for $150. I refused it but they kept nagging me so I gave in only to find out the person who wanted the box had just $55 on him. So I refused them again but they continued to nag me and would not take no for an answer and refused to give me the first offer of $150. So they forced me to sell the box for $55. William told me would help me transfer my belonging from the truck to my new car. Then disappeared never came back only stood in the building watching instead of helping like he promised. The dealership told me a pack of lies and trapped me in the car at a higher payment than I agreed upon. II agreed upon signing a peace of paper of $395 to $400 and no more. They had the payments at $449 and some change and said since I signed that paper I could not back out. As far as I'm concerned MTN View Nissan are nothing more than crooks. More
TERRIBLE!!! I went in for a used car and made it very clear what I was looking for. Brian Ballard wasted over an hour of my time trying to sell me a new car, which I made clear I was not interested in. H clear what I was looking for. Brian Ballard wasted over an hour of my time trying to sell me a new car, which I made clear I was not interested in. He ran my credit and never showed interest in what I wanted. I told him that was not what I wanted. After he was very pushy, I left. He then proceeded to leave a voicemail with my wife informing her that all people of my religion act the same. I was very offended!!! I would highly recommend NOT going there!!!!!! More

My salesperson was Dusty McIntyre. I came in on 02/25/2013 to purchase a new car. He was very professional, courteous, and patient but yet down to earth (which made for a very comfortable, least in 02/25/2013 to purchase a new car. He was very professional, courteous, and patient but yet down to earth (which made for a very comfortable, least intimidating transaction and experience). He answered all my questions, showed me some of the features of my New 2013 Nissan Sentra (including setting up my bluetooth etc), and introduced me to several key personnel at Mountain View Nissan (all of whom were very nice). The overall environment at Mountain View Nissan was so uplifting. No grim or sad faces..just everyone making the place very confortable and exciting. Several people at Unum and friends/relatives asked what it was like dealing with Mountain View Nissan. I told them "You Guys Were Awesome". I left there feeling good about my purchase (and still do). Dusty invited me to come back or call anytime I had questions or concerns. I will definitely recommend Mountain View Nissan to everyone. thanks again More
Car ownership can bring the highest of highs and the lowest of lows and Mtn View Nissan has helped me navigate these extremes. Last year I took delivery of new 2013 Altima after working with Gregg Norri lowest of lows and Mtn View Nissan has helped me navigate these extremes. Last year I took delivery of new 2013 Altima after working with Gregg Norris in ordering, negotiating and arranging financing. I truly appreciated his professionalism and his friendly style in this successful transaction. In January I went to one of those low moments of ownership when I made a driving error that led to driving into water and stalling my Altima. I talked with Jeff Honeycutt in service who quickly took charge in having wrecker bring my car to the dealership where technicians inspected the damage. Jeff also coordinated having my insurance adjustors make their inspection with all this resulting in my new car being totaled. Gregg got back into the picture with me and helped me gather the necessary paperwork to file my claims, both auto and Gap. Everyone involved acted promptly and efficiently to expedite this process. As a result, my insurance company was also able to quickly conclude the claim process. But I was still without vehicle as was still awaiting payment of my Gap claim. Thinking I was still weeks away from replacing my vehicle, Gregg and the sales and finance staff worked with me so that I am proud to say, I today took delivery of another new Altima. These guys went out of their way, finding me a vehicle and arranging my financing despite my Gap claim still being open, taking me from my lowest low of car ownership to yet another high. Gregg and Jeff are great assets for Mtn. View and I look forward to interacting with them in the future. And although I can't name all the names, there are so many others there that have helped in my very positive view of this dealership. More

Before Mountain View Nissan, I had many bad dealer experiences. I tried to purchase my Versa sedan from dealers in Knoxville, Morristown & Dalton, but they would not provide the information I request experiences. I tried to purchase my Versa sedan from dealers in Knoxville, Morristown & Dalton, but they would not provide the information I requested. I asked for information from one dealer and they said I had to come to the dealership; they could not provide it over the internet. I told this dealer that if I did not receive the information by internet, then I would not purchase it there - he said okay. One dealer wanted me to pay extra because the Versa I wanted was at another dealer. Mountain View Nissan was unlike any other car dealer. I explained my busy work schedule, what car & options I wanted, and what I was willing to pay. There was no hesitation by Sandy & Gregg with my want list. They made the deal happen in less than 2 days. Because of my busy work schedule, Gregg even delivered my new Versa to my work during lunch with a full tank of gas. I did not have to pay extra for this either. I am an extremely satisfied customer. More
had a price agreement with salesman of $23,100.00 but when signing contract, price was inflated to $27,673.00 Asked finance mgr. why, he said dont worry about these numbers, are for in house use only and when signing contract, price was inflated to $27,673.00 Asked finance mgr. why, he said dont worry about these numbers, are for in house use only and are confusing even to him and that we were paying $23,100.00. so this dealership outright lies and cheats customers to line there pockets, not concerned with repeat business. when confronting a sales mgr. about the price difference he stated does not matter what we say or promise you but only what we get you to sign for.
