From beginning to end, she went out of her way to make sure all of our wants were fulfilled. She looked us in the eyes when talking to us as well as when we spoke to her; she was clear, concise, professional, and very respectful. We have purchased quite a few new cars and feel very confident in our understanding of the process; Karmen did not skip through any part of the sales procedure even though we already knew most of the details. Instead, she went through each step thoroughly and made sure we were ready before moving on to the next one. As I stated earlier, Karmen is an excellent salesperson.
