Michelle at the front desk was very kind and hospitable both over the phone and in person. Jeff was knowledgeable about the car i bought even though it was not a Honda. The dealership is clean and well maintained. I do however advise that you bring a jacket to wear during your wait. The wait time was a little long but I don’t hold it against them because there was only one person, as far as I could tell, handling the financing on a rainy Saturday. More

The service department cracked the floor plate and left deep scratches on the door on the passenger side of my 2021 Honda Accord. This was done while they were replacing the battery. I texted Shannon the next day telling him that the HUD did not work after the battery replacement. They did replace the floor plate and the door panel. I reminded Shannon about the HUD and he raised his voice telling e he did not know about it. I said yes you did, check your notes. I reminded him that he sat in my car and tried to fix it. Then he starts yelling at me that he forgot it, ma'am, I FORGOT IT! Very unprofessional! It's clear they do not respect others property and customer experience doesn't matter. More
