MJ, We’re sorry to hear about your frustration, and we’d like to provide some context. When you purchased your vehicle on 8/23, we did agree to take care of the blinker issue, and that was completed and documented on a we-owe (car dealership lingo meaning – “here’s what we have promised to take care of after the sale”!!) To make things even easier, our team had Jakob personally deliver the vehicle to you in Cartersville at no charge once the repair was finished. Since then, we haven’t received any direct communication from you or your husband regarding additional concerns. The vehicle does have over 100k miles, so it’s always possible that another shop may recommend additional services. That said, we’d never want you to feel ignored or without support.
