Had a veh towed to this dealer with broken window- asked them to cover it as we were to have rain the following week. After 26 days and repeated calls they had not returned insurance adjuster calls and cov them to cover it as we were to have rain the following week. After 26 days and repeated calls they had not returned insurance adjuster calls and covered the window with a flimsy office-weight plastic bag which blew out and there was water damage to interior and leather seat. No calls returned. Shameful!! More

When he picked up the truck and paid 221.37 and went back to work not happy with those charges since we purchased the truck at this dealership, because we had service problems in the past but since then world wide Ford bought this dealership so when he got back to work the service manager called him and said that he needed to come back and get his money back because the parts and labor was under warranty. So now we are happy campers.Thanks!! More

I went in after my engine blowing up in the middle of the night on the highway driving back home to Florida. We found a great car with nice amenities (or so they were advertised). Took a while but my husband, who is in the military was able to get the paperwork together to purchase a 2013 Ford Escape. After the ink was dried and we were getting into the car's features, the advertised bluetooth was not working. They "checked it out" which took another 2 hours only to say it would take a WEEK to fix-mind you, I'm stuck paying hotel fees since I'm stranded and out of town-WHICH THEY KNEW my predicament. They feigned apologies and offered to compensate me "the cost of an aftermarket bluetooth" for $350. Now I have not been able to find something at that price point installed, but I took it to my local Ford in Pensacola to see if maybe I could just have it repaired. Imagine my shock and anger at finding out I was bamboozled. The part that was not working was not just the bluetooth, it was the entire APIM which is not working and needs to be replaced-which costs close to $900 to fix. Also to add that they needed to inflate the tire before I left-turned out the tire was damaged and needed to be replaced! The technicians and the man who sold me the car, Harvey who sold me the car KNEW that this part was broken (and didn't tell me) and instead of doing the RIGHT THING they took advantage of a military spouse in need and now I'm stuck out of pocket WAY more money because their ethics are non-existent. I could go on about their false advertising on the car but I'll just leave it at this-they should be ashamed of their actions and anyone in need of a vehicle should shop ANYWHERE but here. More
