I have been extremely dissatisfied with Mt View from day one. I even have the full warranty for a new truck and have had it in for service numerous times. The service manager says he will call back each time but again for this visit - over a week ago - I am still waiting on that call . I just want my truck fixed. More
The salesman's maybe great but the service department is the bad. Just like integrity gmc and chevy. Wife waited almost 3 hours for a oil change and fuel filter. And come to to find out they didn't put oil the bad. Just like integrity gmc and chevy. Wife waited almost 3 hours for a oil change and fuel filter. And come to to find out they didn't put oil back in her vehicle and may not have even changed the fuel filter. It is a 2.8 diesel engine that had 12k on it that we almost had to replace. The service department would not own up to it even though I had pics and proof, wouldn't even offer to do a oil change at no cost. So I did it myself and the fuel free even though they charged me for both. Just watch all delears service departments especially mountain view and integrity! More

On August 20th I delivered my 2018 Colorado truck to Mtn View Chevy for service, oil and fuel filter. I also had a vibration in the front end seemingly coming from the driver side. I informed the Service View Chevy for service, oil and fuel filter. I also had a vibration in the front end seemingly coming from the driver side. I informed the Service advisor who was very courteous and helpful that I thought it was either a bad bearing or a bad tire. My truck had to stay an extra day and I thought that was odd based on nothing serious was wrong. When I picked up my truck I was charged an extra $130 and the outcome I was told, "Your truck was in 4-wheel drive". When the technician removed the truck from 4-wheel drive and placed it in 2-wheel drive the noise and vibration went away. To say the least I was upset. I have driven 4-wheel drive vehicles for over 40 years now and I know when one is in 4-wheel drive. Especially this one, it has a light on the dash to tell you. I'm not one to argue in front of people so I paid the "extortion fee" and left as I was calling the dealership to speak to a manager. I was treated very well and the manager on duty took my name and number and within 10 minutes the General Manager called. I explained the situation to him and he agreed the prognosis did not sound right and agreed to refund the charge. Agreed too but hasn't, may have slipped his mind. He also offered to rotate the tires because I forgot to have that done but I told him I wasn't coming back. So as I am driving home the sound coming from the front end seemed to be twice as loud. So what was the sound? Had to have it checked (not at this dealership though) and found out it was a bad tire after all, but remember taking your truck out of 4-wheel drive cancels out the vibration and noise of a bad tire. That is what I was told, go figure that out. Now you know why I was upset. More

We have our truck in the shop and today I get a call where the tech has broken the manifold bolts . They want us to pay for them breaking them.
